Why use after-sun for children?

After-sun products help to restore the skin balance altered by the sun, counteract the action of free radicals and give freshness to the skin. They help maintain skin firmness by preventing peeling, counteract dehydration and subsequent peeling, and combat oxidative stress which causes tissue ageing.

When should it be applied?

After-sun milks and creams should be applied after showering, each time you have been exposed to the sun, applying the product with a light massage all over the body, especially in the areas that have been most exposed to the sun, most reddened or very dry. In these areas you can also apply a larger quantity of product, leave it on for a few minutes and remove it with a damp cotton wool pad. Repeating the application also before going to bed provides a deeper and more nourishing action, as the skin regenerates during the night.
